GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. REGISTER

Please register online via our website: https://apsa2012admu.wordpress.com/registration/.

2. PAY THE CONFERENCE FEE

Please pay on or before September 30 to avoid the additional late payment fee of P500 (for FILIPINO participants in the PHILIPPINES) or $25 (for INTERNATIONAL participants including Filipinos residing abroad).

For PHILIPPINE-BASED participants:

If you’re a credit card holder, you may pay through PayPal via links on our website (under Conference Payment). If you’re not a credit card holder, you may pay through bank deposit in Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI). Account details are as follows:

For FOREIGN-BASED participants, including Filipinos living abroad:

Some reminders on payment:

Please pay according to the right category.

For PROFESSIONALS, please pay P2,000 (for FILIPINO participants in the PHILIPPINES) or $100 (for INTERNATIONAL participants including Filipinos residing abroad).

For GRADUATE STUDENTS, please pay P1,500 (for FILIPINO participants in the PHILIPPINES) or $50 (for INTERNATIONAL participants including Filipinos residing abroad).

For those paying via bank deposit and International Postal Money Order, please scan your receipt immediately upon paying and send a copy to apsaabstract2012@gmail.com.

Keep your receipt (for participants who paid through PayPal, print your e-receipt) to be presented during registration on the first day of the conference proper.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER PRESENTORS

Send your final (i.e. not draft) PowerPoint Presentation on or before September 30, 2012 to apsaabstract2012@gmail.com. If the file is more than 25MB, send it through www.wetransfer.com.

  • Your PowerPoint Presentation must contain a cover page stating your title, your name, and the institution you are representing.
  • Please save your PowerPoint file in 97-2003 version, or save it as PDF.
  • Use the format: LAST NAME_First Name_APSA2012 (Example: PORIO_Emma_APSA2012)

Late submissions may compromise your participation in the forthcoming conference.

Important reminder: Please keep your presentation under 20 minutes, as per standard international format.
